All of our Sausages are made especially to our requirements by the multi award winning Welsh Sausage Company based in Welshpool. We have tried and tested several different types of Bacon and have settled for what we think is the tastiest and we are sure you will agree when you try our Bacon and Egg roll with Brown Sauce. Eggs are locally produced on Free Range Farms.
Not forgetting our purpose built Jacket Potato Unit, always popular at Shows as an alternative to Burgers. Our range of fillings include: Hot Spicy Beef Chilli, Baked Beans and Cheese, Freshly made Coleslaw, Tuna and Sweetcorn with Mayonnaise always a Healthy Option!
If your Event calls for a Roast we can present a Beef or Pork Carvery menu or even a Hog Roast. These are served on Fresh Crispy Baguettes or Soft Baps, difficult to resist with our complimentary Apple Sauce, Seasoning and Freshly Fried Onions,.
