The Health and Safety of our customers and Staff is vitally important to us, it is with this in mind that we have our Food Trailers inspected regularly by the Powys County Council Environmental Health Officer based at Montgomeryshire District Council. (01938 551208)
We have a £10 million Public Liability Insurance with the N.F.U. Mutual. Our Policy Number is N8OR9666. Their telephone number is 01938 552272. As well as this we have employers liability insurance to cover all of our employees.
The Trailers are inspected regularly for Gas and Electrical safety and kept up to the standards dictated by current rules and regulations.
Our staff are all trained to the Basic Food Hygiene Certificate with our Senior Staff holding Intermediate Level. We hold regular in-house training days to ensure all our staff are up to date on any new Food Safety Issues.
Every Trailer carries it's own folder containing information and certificates plus copies of insurance policies and electrical and gas safety data.
We are also registered with N.C.A.S.S. (nationwide caterers association) who themselves set very high standards for the Mobile Catering Industry.
